Logitech Zone Vibe Pro ships as boomless all-day work-and-play headset

Logitech began shipping the Zone Vibe Pro on Tuesday, pitching the boomless over-ear as a single headset for coffee-shop calls and commute listening — a bid to retire the familiar swap between “work” boom mics and “life” consumer cans.

At US$259.99 on logitech.com, the consumer model opens in the United States and Canada first. Logitech says dual AI microphones suppress up to 93 per cent of ambient noise without a boom arm, and includes sidetone so wearers hear their own voice and stop shouting on calls. Custom 40-millimetre drivers and adaptive active noise cancelling handle listening; the company quotes about 30 hours with ANC on and up to 66 hours with it off, plus a five-minute charge for roughly an hour of talk time.

Comfort cues come from Logitech’s gaming line: dual-layer foam earcups, a padded head strap and cups that rotate flat for travel instead of folding on brittle hinges. Earpads, the headband and the battery are replaceable — uncommon at this price — and the headset ships in four colours, including lilac aimed squarely at buyers who refuse grey office plastic.

A Business SKU with Microsoft Teams, Zoom and Google Meet certifications plus IT remote management arrives Nov. 2 for US$279.99 with a USB-C receiver. For hybrid Canadian workers juggling open offices and transit, the Zone Vibe Pro’s bet is simple: one headset that looks public-safe and still clears a blender or drill on the other end of the call.
