Rogers completes $4.35-billion buyout to own all of Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment

The telecom giant took the final 25 per cent stake from Larry Tanenbaum’s Kilmer Sports, folding the Leafs, Raptors, Toronto FC and Argonauts into a new Rogers Sports unit alongside the Blue Jays.
